Having taken two seemingly normal pictures of surroundings and put them together to create an image I decided to do it again. I went into my garden to document some of the flowers and nature around me. few weeks before i did create an image of grass and my hand as a double exposure I felt this was rather successful so id explore other things matched with grass. I successfully created a really interesting image of a subtle small not loud flower with grass in a inverted ex-ray glow in the dark energy. reminded me of glow in the dark mushrooms which I read about in the book entangled life and seen in documentary called fantastic fungi. I instantly felt pleased and excited to paint it.

In what sense have I been able to successfully create mystery?

The distorted reality of how these natural elements have been painted creates a sense of change and unknown. There's also little depth in view not giving away any specific location.
Are there aspects of self-reflection/ realization? If so, explain.

hmm I'm not entirely sure. I guess in terms of how I see the little things around me. My love to little delicate and otherwise ignored.

What feelings and emotions have been depicted? Through colour.

The green is electric and alive. The green colour gives ideas of organic matter, life, spring, growth and nocturnal life - dark but luminous. Green can also be seen as something a toxic or poisonous.
How do you feel about the work? Is there something that you may have failed to reflect
on?

I'm definitely excited about it. I feel this is a big step onto something more. I'm feeling more positive I've discovered something new. Personally I wouldn't say I failed anything within that piece only not to ignore its future potential to other creations.
